Interim Pagero Project Manager

Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced Project Manager with proven Pagero to become an aAssociate for the consulting on an eInvoicing delivery to support a major European regulatory compliance programme.

Key Details:

• Start: ASAP (1–2 week lead time for onboarding and paperwork)
• Location: Remote UK-based with occasional travel to City of London, with occasional travel to Belgium (expensed)
• Duration: 6-12 month contract, likely to extend into Q1/Q2 of 2026
• Rate: Approx. £650–£700/day gross via FCSA-accredited umbrella company

Requirements:

• Extensive eInvoicing project delivery experience, specifically with Pagero – this is essential
• Strong understanding of regulatory and tax compliance frameworks (e.g. PEPPOL, EU VAT regulations)
• Experience overseeing the full eInvoicing lifecycle: supplier onboarding, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Compliance, and IT
• Comfortable with integration planning (Pagero to ERP), liaising with technical teams where needed
• Available to start within 1–2 weeks
