Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Project Management Apprentice to join our Paris-based Product Development team. This individual will play a key role in responding to client briefs and collaborating closely with our Design, Costing, and Logistics teams. The role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering the highest levels of quality and service through to final delivery. This is a rewarding opportunity where ideas, initiative, and expertise will make a meaningful impact.


Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Provide high-quality support, respond to briefs, help define needs, propose tailored solutions, and identify new opportunities.
  • Supplier Management: Proactively communicate with partners, share complete and detailed briefs, and maintain smooth collaboration throughout projects.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify the most relevant partners to optimize quality, timelines, and project costs.
  • Analysis & Negotiation: Evaluate proposed costs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure a balance between profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and coordinate key steps to meet goals and delivery deadlines.
  • Information Sharing: Ensure clear and accurate communication with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Product Compliance: Ensure adherence to current regulations and expected quality standards in collaboration with our quality teams.
  • Logistics Collaboration: Work closely with our logistics teams throughout the development process to organize smooth deliveries.
  • Approval Process Management: Oversee proofing stages (BAT), collect all critical information, and review deliverables before production.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and structured project updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications


We are seeking a passionate, driven candidate who is:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a business school, specializing in international business, marketing, or procurement
  • Eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment
  • Ideally experienced—or highly interested—in project management or procurement, especially in the packaging sector
