Team management

• Ensure Sufficient team review for projects development and business relevant activities
• Ensure sufficient deployment of people management & development plan
• Have good learning agility and quickly fit for e.l.f. culture and team management request
  
  
  

Secure successful launch for new innovation project

• Develop packaging according to marketing project brief
• Ensure good communication with stakeholders
• Provide updates at project milestones, inform appropriate people of technical and timing issue
• Conduct test to qualify new packages
• Create package specification and control plan
• Ensure all projects are completed and meet the intended design, quality, cost, functionality, manufacturability, regulatory, consumer safety
• Ensure sufficient communication and alignment with US packaging development team and stakeholders
• Develop and synchronize with US packaging development team for global packaging development process, test methods and best practices。
  
  
  

Lead packaging research on sustainable contribution.

• Conduct and support packaging sustainable projects with innovation launch and post-launch projects. (Light weight, recyclability , PCR materials, etc.)
• Conduct packaging sustainable study with the tools such as bluebird , HOW2RECYCLE, PASS, etc
  
  
  

Lead Technical Support With Suppliers Meet The Business Requirements.

• Manage and support the new packaging molds development for innovation projects and capacity expansion projects in a very short time with the right quality
• Participate in packaging lean projects to achieve the cost saving
  
  
  

Minimum request:

Ÿ Bachelor Degree in Packaging Engineering or other technical discipline

Ÿ Have 1-2years people management experience.

Relevant skills and experience:

Ÿ Technical knowledge and experience on make-up & sustainable package development .. Familiar with cosmetic package material and production process on primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.

Ÿ Working knowledge of recycling industry, recycled feed stocks and end of life suppliers.

Ÿ 7+ years of experience in cosmetics package development, including experience relate to use of sustainable / environmentally friendly materials.

Ÿ Passionate and enthusiastic on facing challenge, learning new things and driving a sustainability agenda.

Ÿ Communication: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese,
