Job Overview
The Director, PACE Program is responsible for the overall operational oversight of two to three (2-3) PACE Centers/locations. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all activities ensuring compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) PACE guidelines and/or other licensing and regulatory requirements. Responsible for budget and fiscal effectiveness of the PACE centers/locations, which includes responsibility for achieving and maintaining participant census, center staffing, and effective/efficient operations while supporting the strategic direction of AltaMed PACE program. The Director, PACE Program will ensure quality, safety, and satisfaction goals and initiatives are met through collaboration and partnership with administrative and medical leaders, clinical/functional leaders, quality management, support services, and marketing teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of health care delivery systems, regulations, quality assurance and medical and non-medical needs of the elderly is desired.
- Experience in working with Senior Services and elderly population.
- Experience working collaboratively with Interdisciplinary team (IDT).
- Minimum of three years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field is required.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office programs, experience with organizational systems, HR, Finance, billing, compliance, etc.] Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, data collection/analysis and reporting.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.
Compensation
$115,526.78 - $144,408.48 annually
