Owner Loyalty Manager (OLM)

The Owner Loyalty Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and assisting customers with their vehicle purchase. This position engages with every customer during the sales and delivery process, and follows-up with every customer following the sale. The position also assists customers with customer-satisfaction concerns, and pursues the customers' loyalty to the brand.

The OLM reports directly to the owner, and interacts daily with the Sales and Service departments. This is a key position, and requires someone with customer satisfaction experience.

Responsibilities

Assist sales during vehicle sales delivery. Train and audit the delivery process to make sure it remains consistent.

Follow-up and all sales customers in order to monitor their satisfaction.

Coach sales associates on customer satisfaction opportunities.

Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Monitor product training for all sales associates to insure completeness.

Make sure all customers are enrolled in Nissan's One-to-One reward system.

Assist with a few KPI and Admin duties.

Requirements

Previous Auto Dealer experience.

Previous Sales or Customer Service experience.

Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills

excellent problem solving skills

Education And/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based. ASE certification preferred. General mechanical skills.
  • Excellent manual dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, and an eye for detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds.
