Ford of Arlington is currently looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated Owner Loyalty Manager to monitor and manage the customer experience and dealership reputation to increase profitability.

Role Responsibilities

  • Be the Chief Customer Advocate: Interacts with customers at each point of contact by the dealership through the eyes of the Nissan customer. The Owner Loyalty Manager drives loyalty and retention of current and previous customers of the dealership.
  • Identify Key Process Opportunities: Monitors and directs a continuous improvement process to identify and resolve problems. The Owner Loyalty Manager implements customer- focused dealership processes for sustainable improvement.
  • Monitor Nissan Advocacy Tools: Assures the customer survey results are monitored, and dealership is actively responding to necessary issues or concerns.
  • Utilize Date Reports: Develops, implements, and supervises strategies to enable dealership managers to use all customer reports to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate Progress: Communicates with the General Manager and dealership management team on the program's progress, issues, and action plans to achieve remarkable goals.
  • Delivery Coordinator: During the delivery process, assists customers in learning the key features, functions, and benefits of the vehicle.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and evaluate performance metrics to identify trends.
  • Strong organizational skills suited for staying current on multiple focus area through performance evaluation and socialization with appropriate teams.
