Project Opportunity Matching and Domestic Cooperation: Actively connect with domestic central and state-owned enterprises' overseas investment plans, understand their investment directions and needs, seek cooperation opportunities, and promote project cooperation; establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with relevant domestic enterprises, and jointly explore investment, construction, and operation of overseas power plant projects; coordinate domestic and international teams to ensure smooth information flow and effectively advance projects from preliminary research to implementation.
Business Reception and Negotiation: Receive visiting international partners, government agencies, and potential clients, showcase the company's strengths and project advantages, and establish good business relationships; participate in or lead business negotiations with international partners, discuss project cooperation terms and contract details to reach mutually beneficial agreements; organize and attend international exhibitions, seminars, and other industry events to enhance the company's brand awareness and expand the business network.
Project Development and Bid Management: Responsible for overseas market research, identifying and analyzing potential power plant development project opportunities, including but not limited to solar, wind, and hydropower renewable energy projects; lead the project bidding team, develop bidding strategies, prepare bidding documents, ensure the bidding process meets international standards and client requirements, and improve the bid-winning rate; coordinate internal resources, including technical, financial, and legal departments, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bidding materials.
Team Management and Training: Build and manage the overseas project development team, enhance the team's professional capabilities and international business handling skills; regularly organize internal training sessions, share industry trends, policies, regulations, and project management experience, and strengthen the team's competitiveness.
Risk Management and Compliance: Assess the risks of overseas projects, including political, economic, and legal aspects, and develop risk mitigation measures; ensure all business activities comply with local laws and regulations as well as the company's internal rules and policies, maintaining the company's reputation and interests.
Requirements:
Achieve the company's annual performance targets with no significant negative events.
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in energy, power, engineering management, or related fields.
Familiar with the international power plant development process, bidding rules, and overseas investment environment, with English as a working language.
At least 3 years of experience in overseas power plant development, with successful experience in leading or participating in large-scale international power plant projects; strong risk awareness and problem-solving skills, able to handle the challenges of complex and dynamic international markets.
