We are currently seeking an Overnight Shift Engineer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on preventative maintenance projects during the overnight hours. The Shift Engineer is responsible for general maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, front-of-house areas, and back-of-house operations such as the kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, utilizing a Windows-based computer system to manage tasks and schedules.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to read blueprints and schematics, basic troubleshooting skills, and prior building maintenance experience—ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
The budgeted rate for this role is $22.00 + overnight shift premium. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
