Role Description

This is a full-time Outside Territory Sales Manager role with a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area with some work from home flexibility. The Outside Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing training and support to customers. The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide training and support to customers
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the industrial supply industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
