Wholesalers of cellphones, specializing in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
The Outside Salesperson is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers within a designated territory.
This role involves prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and nurture leads to develop new business opportunities.
Sales And Account Management
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present and demonstrate products/services.
Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs and requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both parties.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Reporting And Analysis
Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Administrative Duties
Prepare and manage expense reports, travel plans, and appointment schedules.
Ensure all sales-related paperwork, including contracts and orders, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage and update customer records and files.
3 Positions Available Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Skills And Abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
