We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated Outside Sales Rep to drive sales growth by building strong relationships, generating your own leads, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Traveling to designated territories and neighborhoods to prospect potential clients face-to-face
• Presenting community solar, explaining and educating the features and benefits
• Completing the sale and following up with client if needed
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Identifying new sales opportunities and leads
• Communicating with the sales team on weekly meetings
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Sales and negotiation experience
• PLUS previous door-to-door or outside sales environment
• Familiar with CRM software and sales tracking tools a plus
