Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record and an existing book of business in the diamond or fine jewelry industry. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who excels at cultivating and expanding long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will leverage their existing network to drive immediate sales, while also growing new opportunities within their territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing book of business to drive immediate revenue and client engagement
• Cultivate and grow relationships with current and prospective B2B clients
• Provide in-person and virtual client consultations to showcase diamond offerings and customized sourcing solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert product recommendations based on client needs and industry trends
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of inventory, pricing structures, and quality standards (GIA and/or lab-grown expertise preferred)
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sourcing, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Track activity and maintain accurate client records
• Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the brand and build pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the diamond or fine jewelry industry
• Existing book of business and strong B2B client relationships
• Deep understanding of diamond grading, certification, and sourcing processes
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel regularly
