Summary

We’re expanding our team with a best-in-class Outside Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL! We’re looking for a self-driven, reliable professional seeking a long-term career opportunity.


This role involves selling raw materials to industrial establishments, utilizing knowledge of metallurgy and the applications of various metals. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing the customer base, sharing marketing insights with clients, and conducting in-person sales visits with both established and potential customers.


This is a 100% remote position that requires regular travel within the assigned territory. Local candidates only.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and secure new business.
  • Maintain and service existing client relationships.
  • Effectively demonstrate and market the product line.
  • Achieve territory development goals and meet sales quotas.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in outside sales and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in selling raw materials; metals industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong skills in territory sales strategy development, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exceed targets.
