We are seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support sales and quality management efforts in the designated region. This role involves bridging in-person sales with audit compliance, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and able to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person meetings with customers several days per week.
Ensure compliance with local market regulations.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.
Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales opportunities, and audit results.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel within the designated region.
