Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support sales and quality management efforts in the designated region. This role involves bridging in-person sales with audit compliance, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and able to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person meetings with customers several days per week.
  • Ensure compliance with local market regulations.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.
  • Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales opportunities, and audit results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region.
