Diga-Talk+ (www.digatalkplus.com), the largest system of its kind, and School-Radio (www.school-radio.com), a solution tailored specifically for schools, are wholly owned by A Beep.

We are an authorized dealer for leading brands such as Kenwood and Tait, specializing in the design, sales, and service of wireless communication systems. Our expertise spans from basic two-way radios to complex, multi-site digital systems, including Voice over IP radio dispatch, AVL, in-building amplification (BDA), paging, and microwave systems.


Position Summary:

We are seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Outside Sales Account Representatives, with a focus on our Diga-Talk+/School-Radio product lines. This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis and offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with realistic six-figure earning potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer experience, from initial contact to post-sale support and installation coordination.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report progress to management.
  • Follow up on sales leads and effectively manage a sales pipeline.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in two-way radio or communications equipment sales is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to small and large audiences.
  • Highly professional demeanor with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record required.
