The Licensed Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience. Direct clinical experience in a psychiatric, mental health, or a comparable setting preferred. CA state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) or Associate License required.
