Title: Outcomes Analyst

Location: South-Central Region with 4 days/week onsite

Description

We are seeking an Outcomes Analyst to join a clinical analytics team focused on data-driven insights and performance improvement. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of data acquisition, analysis, reporting, and interpretation to assess clinical trends, utilization patterns, and outcomes performance. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in the design and delivery of dashboards and presentations using enterprise-level data tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze utilization trends, clinical practices, and statistical outliers

Identify areas for improvement through insights into provider behavior, diagnoses, and outcome variation

Present findings and make recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions

Develop client-focused outcomes presentations and visual reports

Conduct validation analyses using external datasets to demonstrate value propositions

Lead and implement initiatives for improved reporting infrastructure and analytical capabilities

Profile and manipulate large datasets for use in performance reporting

Develop reporting solutions using enterprise-level data systems and tools

Collaborate with internal teams to access data warehouse resources for advanced analysis

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (graduate degree preferred)

At least five years of analytical and technical experience, ideally within healthcare or a related industry

Strong database manipulation and querying skills using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar platforms

Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools)

Ability to work independently and lead junior team members as needed

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills

Desired Skills

Prior experience working with large-scale data warehouse environments

Familiarity with enterprise data reporting tools and analytics ecosystems
