We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in OTM integration OTM functional know-how and OTM development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transportation management concepts and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement OTM integration solutions to enhance transportation management systems.
* Provide functional expertise in OTM to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
* Design and develop custom OTM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for OTM projects.
* Conduct thorough testing and validation of OTM solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM integration and functionality.
* Maintain and update OTM systems to align with evolving business needs and industry standards.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for OTM processes and solutions.
* Train and support end-users to maximize the effectiveness of OTM systems.
* Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all OTM-related activities.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OTM and transportation management concepts.

* Have in-depth knowledge of transportation management concepts.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
