Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and execution of projects utilizing the Veeva Vault Platform to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives efficiently. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure seamless communication. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of Veeva Vault for eTMF, enhancing operational efficiency. - Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on project evaluations and feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva Vault solutions into existing workflows, ensuring compatibility and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all project activities and deliverables. - Facilitate training sessions for team members on Veeva Vault functionalities to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. - Drive innovation by exploring new features and capabilities of the Veeva Vault Platform to enhance project outcomes. - Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management to showcase progress and achievements. - Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. - Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
