The AVEVA PI Analyst will be a part of an international team that enhances and maintains data collection systems and interfaces across Koch Industries. This role focuses on collaboration with on-site process control, remote engineers, data-centric problems/opportunities, and a blend of Cloud services and applications to support our manufacturing operations. Gain exposure to multiple platforms, technologies, and opportunities through Cloud technology and data analytics.

Highly engaged and motivated team that works across platforms and systems to deliver data, processes, and solutions for engineers to make real-time decisions. Collaborate and engage with team members from the US, Guadalajara, and Bangalore as we support 24/7 operations in the United States for 100+ manufacturing sites.

What You Will Do

• Implement solutions that improve the reliability and completeness of our Cloud data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
• Maintenance and support of data pipelines and custom applications/utilities
• Partner with engineers to resolve issues and prioritize enhancements with developers
• Harden and build standards for cost optimization and security
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering with +2 years industry experience
• Experience with the AVEVA/OSIsoft data collection platform or other data historian
• Experience with programming, scripting, and web development tools – python, Angular, Web API, .NET, SQL, Powershell
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – namely Excel
• Proven ability to work directly with peers and internal customers
• Proven ability to create and maintain clearly written technical, user, and system documentation
  
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Controls, manufacturing, or OT experience
• Experience with Cloud technologies namely Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of the Purdue model, IT/OT network segmentation, and PLC/DCS communication
• Experience in UI/UX graphical design
• Project management and/or business analyst experience
