Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * NERC certified * At least 5 years of experience on OSI Monarch SCADA, FEP, ICCP, Chronus modules, OSI Site Manager. * Ability to validate alignment of Data, Integration and test requirements * Strong Understanding of Network Topology build requirements * Strong understanding of Outage Management System (OMS) * Create databases and displays for new Substations/IEDs/ ICCP data. * Understanding of integration technologies used in SCADA/GIS/OMS space. * Understands OSI Monarch architecture and security. * Knowledge on C#, Linux Administration * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Working knowledge of Software development methodologies like waterfall, Agile * Ability to understand Business requirement and Business Requirements mapping to functional design Roles & Responsibilities * Maintain the OSI SCADA system, monitor its services and Integration * Create databases and displays for new IEDs/ ICCP data * Monitor and update the major integrations with GIS/DMS/OMS * System Administration, User Administration * Work with Business to understand functional issues and solve the same by providing workaround * Sort out Data issues or RTU communication issues * Provide timely incident resolution * Application and database health checks on regular basis * Resolution to support tickets within specified SLA * Configuration changes as per the day-to-day requirement * Experience working in Transmission and Distribution domain of Utilities Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
