Regional Manager – Northern California

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations of eight orthodontic practice locations across Northern California, supporting six partner doctors. This highly collaborative role will serve as the key liaison between practice leadership and corporate operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Regional Manager will drive performance, implement best practices, and lead teams to achieve excellence in patient experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations across multiple practice locations, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and service excellence.
• Strategic Growth & Business Development – Partner with doctors to identify growth opportunities, enhance efficiencies, and drive key business initiatives.
• Financial & Performance Management – Analyze KPIs, financial statements, and operational metrics to inform decision-making and optimize practice performance.
• Talent & Team Development – Lead, mentor, and support office managers and practice teams to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Patient Experience & Compliance – Ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient care, operational compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with corporate teams, including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Operations, to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of multi-site management experience in an orthodontic industry.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a multi-location environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with doctors, staff, and corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and implement change initiatives successfully.
