Summary

Specific Responsibilities The Organizational Development Analyst II plays a critical role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee development at Apache. This position involves supporting various talent management strategies and initiatives to align employee performance with organizational goals while providing rewarding career opportunities and professional growth and development for our employees. This is a junior level position designed for individuals who are looking to build a career in HR and in organizational development. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of HR principles, and the ability to assist with the implementation of innovative solutions that drive organizational success. Performance Management: * Proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement in Performance Management processes/systems and communicate findings to leadership. * Participate in the implementation of process improvement and system optimization to support performance management strategies. * Assist with development of job aids, communications, and other materials to support the performance management process. Talent Assessments: * Assist in the collection of data for talent assessments across the organization. * Assist in the preparation process and development of materials for talent assessment workshops. * Conduct follow up and prepare materials as directed. Succession Planning: * Assist in the preparation of succession planning data as assigned in order to support leadership reviews, calibrations, and board presentation. Leadership Assessments: * Assist in the coordination of the Leadership Assessment program including communication between the assessment vendor and participants, data analysis, reporting, and communication of status. Leadership Development Programs: * Assist in the coordination of trainings and programs related to the Leadership Development program including coordination of logistics, communication with facilitators, room setup, communication with participants, and general coordination and follow up activities. Learning and Development: * Coordinate various compliance training activities and initiatives across the organization, including system setup, communication with stakeholders, monitoring and reporting of status, etc. * Assist in the development of learning and development programs for all employees that align with role-specific core, leadership, and technical competencies. * Administer L&D programs in the HRIS system. Rewards & Recognition Programs: * Assist in the administration of the company's recognition and service anniversary programs by developing reports, analyzing data, identifying trends, and resolving daily program issues. Data Analysis and Reporting: * Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement and development. * Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. Change Management: * Support change management initiatives by providing analysis, feedback and recommendations to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems. Projects: * Participate in assigned HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and alignment of Organizational Development processes to HR best practice. Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, and preferably in an analytical or support role. * Experience with data analysis, generation and preparation of reports, and development of presentation materials. * Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors. * Oil & gas experience preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across the organization. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. * Intermediate level knowledge of organizational development principles and practices. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to report and analyze data with attention to detail. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
