Our major Oil & Gas (O&G) client is seeking an Organizational Change Management V to join their team in Houston, TX for a 12 -month assignment (with possibility of extension)
The Organizational Change Management V will assist in integrating two business units. The role involves implementing change management strategies for technology, business processes, and functions. The primary focus is on changes related to people, including systems and technology adjustments.
The analyst will collaborate with teams in Equatorial Guinea and Houston to execute plans that communicate changes, develop and plan training, drive adoption, reduce resistance, and evolve culture across initiatives.
