Job Description
Job Responsibilities/Deliverable:
- Mainly handle various types of orders for Australia & New Zealand customer, ensure efficient operation of order fulfillment processes from order receiving to invoicing.
- Attainment of order management service levels commitments to accounts and sales management.
- Oversee stock situation to ensure sufficient supply, alert sales team or customers of goods shortage and further arrival schedule.
- Ensure timely shipment, coordinate credit control, customer complaints and other issues.
- Proceed special orders, including return, goods exchange, rebate, etc.
- Proactively track and facilitate resolution of customer related quality concerns ensuring sensitive and timely feedback to customer.
- Work directly and closely with sales team to provide quality customer support.
- Trouble shoot and resolve basic issues regarding order entry, billing, EDI, Portal integration.
- Professionally and effectively communicate with customers, sales team and other internal departments, also actively provide support to them.
- Support team leader to optimize operation process, identify root cause of failures and apply systemic solutions, increase automation of standard process.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of Order Operations.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office.
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated person who manages change with urgency and persistence.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize activities.
Qualification, Education And Experiences:
- Bachelor degree required in Business/Supply Chain/ Operations (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three year of Customer Service or related experience
- Strong spoken/written communication skills in English.
