Back-end Operations Executive
Summary:
Due to the accounts expectation, we can only consider candidates currently in Agent/Coordinator level with relevant experience doing back-end operations like order processing, logistics for a retail online store company.
He/She will handle and manage back-end operations working together with client services and store personnel ensuring seamless process and fast turn-around time to customers.
This account is a luxury retail brand and excellent customer-service is our utmost priority.
Must Haves:
At least 5 years in back-end services such as order processing, logistics-related work experience in a luxury retail account/e-commerce
Excellent English communication skills - 10/10 English fluency with American, non-neutral accent
Residing within or near Metro Manila
Willing to work following Eastern US timezone
Willing to work during Philippines' weekends and public holidays

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
