Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet customer needs. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the order management system. Communicate with clients to confirm order details and address any inquiries or issues. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications. Maintain organized records of orders, changes, and communications for future reference. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in developing process improvements for order processing efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, showcasing a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using order management systems or similar software is advantageous. A collaborative spirit with a willingness to work as part of a team. Previous experience in an order processing or administrative role is beneficial but not required.
