Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer orders into the order processing system.
Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness.
Check inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Coordinate shipping arrangements with carriers.
Generate invoices for orders.
Process customer payments.
Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Handle customer returns and refunds.
Provide customer support and address inquiries related to orders.
Enter and maintain accurate data in order processing systems.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Proven experience in an order processing or similar role, with a strong understanding of order management systems.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
