🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital member of our team, you’ll:

• 🤝 Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience
• 📦 Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment
• 🗣️ Collaborate directly with Sales and Category Managers to align on expectations and priorities
• 📬 Ensure regular, proactive communication with customers – keeping them informed every step of the way
• 🔍 Follow up on queries and take full accountability for resolution
• 📊 Manage backlogs, ensuring that all actions needed are taken to deliver within agreed SLAs
• 📝 Handle claims, exceptions, and special requests according to internal procedures and timelines
• 🔄 Take part in coordination with the Supply Chain team for improved process efficiency
• 📣 Provide clear, proactive updates to both internal stakeholders and customers regarding escalations

🎯 What You Bring

• ✅ Fluent in English (French language skills implied)
• ✅ Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and sharp organizational skills
• ✅ Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic environment
• ✅ Solid skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• ✅ Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• ✅ Confidence working with numbers, analyzing data, and handling conflict situations
• ✅ Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• ✅ A problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
• ✅ Highly flexible, adaptable, and always one step ahead
