Summary

We are looking for a Order Management Specialist (Project Manager) with experience in telecom sales operations to manage the end-to-end order process for mobility solutions. This role involves handling sales order processing, service activations, device deliveries, and application enablement, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, sales teams, and partners, providing timely updates on order status, addressing escalations, and coordinating deliverables.


Strong Excel skills are required to track orders, validate billing details, and generate reports. A solid understanding of telecom products, service offerings, and billing structures is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You’ll Do:


  • Oversee telco sales order processing with precision and efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on orders, activations, and deliveries.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Validate billing details for accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate deliverables.


💡 What You’ll Bring:


  • 1+ years of experience in order management, sales support, or project coordination.
  • Background in telecom sales, mobility solutions, or B2B campaigns is highly preferred (NOT REQUIRED).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation).
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus!
  • Amenable to US working hours and a hybrid setup after training. (2X Onsite, 3X WFH)
