We are looking for a Order Management Specialist (Project Manager) with experience in telecom sales operations to manage the end-to-end order process for mobility solutions. This role involves handling sales order processing, service activations, device deliveries, and application enablement, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, sales teams, and partners, providing timely updates on order status, addressing escalations, and coordinating deliverables.
Strong Excel skills are required to track orders, validate billing details, and generate reports. A solid understanding of telecom products, service offerings, and billing structures is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
