JOB SUMMARY

To coordinate Middle East wholesale accounts orders with customers and sales team, and follow through shipping documents; coordinate wholesale samples and spare part shipping arrangement

RESPONSIBLILITY

· Follow up documents and shipments with internal/external parties

· Solve all customers' issues in relation to shipment

· Attend meeting (two times a week) to discuss/review shipment status with all concerned partners

· Provide sales support to Italy sales team

· Coordinate wholesale samples and spare part request

· Provide support to supervisor to maintain smooth wholesale order operation and meet requirement of sales team and customers

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

· Form 5 or above

· Good written/fluent in spoken English and Chinese

· Mature, responsible, good at communication and follow up

· Min. 2 years of related shipping or logistics experiences (import/export experience preferably)

· Proficiency in MS excel, word and SAP

· Immediate available is preferred.
