Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Taleo Recruitment, On boarding and Offboarding implementation experience
Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.
Must have a strong track record of delivering Taleo HCM and solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules
Taleo Recruitment
Taleo Onboarding and Offboarding
Good to have the knowledge on below modules
Fusion Core HR
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
