Role Title : Oracle Service Cloud(Right now) Solution Architect

Contract Duration/Permanent: 3 months to start. Will extend to 1 year

1. Oracle Service Cloud(Right now) Solution Architect with 15+ years’ experience.

Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Oracle B2C Service Cloud.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with client-facing experience.
• Certifications: Oracle B2C Service Cloud certification is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Define, scope, plan, estimate, design, and deliver large-scale, complex solutions for Oracle B2C Service Cloud module.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation Oracle Service Cloud solutions, ensuring integration with different systems.
• Documentation: Prepare technical design documents, unit test scripts, and functional design documentation.
