Job Title: Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) Developer/Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) Developer/Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSvC implementation, customization, and support, along with a deep technical skill set across PHP, .NET, JavaScript, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, customize, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) environments.
• Develop custom scripts, event handlers, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs.
• Integrate OSvC with external systems using REST APIs.
• Customize and optimize the OSvC Customer Portal using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Configure and manage email mailboxes within OSvC.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy high-quality solutions.
• Work on OSvC modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and Case Routing.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) — both Agent Desktop and BUI.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with OSvC workflows, business rules, and custom process development.
• Expertise in REST API-based integrations.
• Good understanding of OSvC email configurations and mailbox management.
• Familiarity with OSvC Customer Portal front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Service Cloud or related certifications.
• Experience with additional OSvC modules or third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
