Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Oracle Forms

Location: Al. Rio Negro 503 (24th Floor, Alphaville Industrial), Barueri, SP, Brazil (Hybrid– 3 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience, including hands-on leadership in Oracle Forms and Reports projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead complex enterprise application initiatives from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Forms development, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate development and QA efforts, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, track project milestones, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide technical guidance on Oracle Forms/Reports architecture, performance tuning, and modernization.
• Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, design specs, test cases, and deployment plans.
• Deliver regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting risks and key decisions.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall processes based on project needs.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience managing technology projects, with a focus on Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience reporting to leadership.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modernizing legacy Oracle Forms applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and migration strategies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
