Job Summary Responsible for the support and maintenance to existing application functionalities. Duties & Responsibilities Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and application maintenance in coordination with the vendor where applicable. Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed. Provide support for operational requests received within agreed TAT. Provide technical inputs to address maintenance requirements. Qualifications Required RDBMS Oracle SQL Oracle PL/SQL Optional: Oracle APEX and ORDS Oracle Scheduler MongoDB PostreSQL MS SQL Knowledge on the following applications: Gitlab Jira Sonarqube/sonarlint Control-M Bash/shell scripting SQL developer (Oracle IDE) NOTE: Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for full onsite Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
