Oracle PL SQL Developer

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PL SQL Developer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in database development and management, with a particular focus on PL SQL programming. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions that meet our business needs. The successful candidate will be an adept problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain PL SQL code for Oracle databases.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement database structures that optimise performance and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing of database applications to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any database-related issues promptly.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in database development.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in PL SQL programming with Oracle databases.
• Experience with AWS services for cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Java for application integration.
• A strong understanding of database design principles.
• Proficiency in SQL for effective database querying.
• Familiarity with Python for orchestration and scripting.
• A keen interest in learning new technologies alongside your existing skillset.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in PL SQL development.
