Senior PM – Oracle Cloud & ERP Implementations

We're seeking an experienced Senior PM with 10+ years of hands-on experience leading Oracle Cloud and/or on-premise ERP implementations, including modules such as ERP, EPM, SCM, Field Services, and other enterprise systems. Candidates with similar large-scale ERP implementation backgrounds will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Establish and maintain robust PMO frameworks, including project planning, RAID tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
• Train and onboard stakeholders on project management tools and processes.
• Proactively drive cross-functional teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support Testing and Cutover planning and execution.
• Collaborate with workplace support, IT, and executive assistant teams to coordinate in-person collaboration events and workshops.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability to implement and manage PMO best practices in complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
