We are seeking a skilled Oracle IAM Administrator to manage and support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and security policy enforcement within Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIM, OAM, OID, OUD) environments. This role ensures secure and compliant access to enterprise applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management:
Manage user identities, roles, groups, and permissions within the Oracle IAM framework.
Administer user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management across enterprise applications.
Maintain and enforce IAM policies, access controls, and compliance standards.
Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
Manage and troubleshoot authentication and authorization mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federated Identity Management.
Implement Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions, including Access Certification, Role Management, and Workflow Approvals.
Support integration of IAM with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure AD, AWS IAM), and third-party applications.
Security & Compliance:
Enforce security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
Work closely with cybersecurity teams to respond to security incidents and access-related vulnerabilities.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Monitor the performance and health of IAM systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Investigate and resolve IAM-related issues, access failures, and authentication errors.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the IAM infrastructure up to date.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably with Oracle IAM solutions.
