Job Title: Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Duration: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with a strong background in EBS HRMS and Taleo, and current experience in Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will also have some exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Migrate and integrate data from EBS HRMS and Taleo to Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with EBS HRMS and Taleo.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data migration and integration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
