Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and Configuration:
· Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Redwood design modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Helpdesk).
· Configure user interfaces and workflows in alignment with Redwood standards.
· Customize UI elements to meet specific business requirements while adhering to Redwood design principles.
· Collaborate with Oracle's Redwood framework to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
2. User Experience Enhancement:
· Work with HR and IT teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for UI improvements.
· Design a consistent and engaging user experience leveraging Redwood's modern UI elements.
· Optimize workflows and navigation for intuitive and mobile-responsive usability.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
· Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Redwood solutions.
· Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on implementation progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 years working on Redwood design.
· Proven expertise in one or more Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).
· Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM workflows, security, and integrations.
· Strong understanding of Redwood design principles and UX best practices.
· Experience with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
