Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet specific business needs, including core HR, payroll, talent management, and other areas
Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, including data migration, system setup, and integration with other systems
Configuration: Customize and configure Fusion HCM applications, workflows, and approval processes to align with organizational processes
Data Management: Manage data within the system, including data imports, exports, and data quality checks
Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and new features and assist in system upgrades and enhancements
