About the job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a specialized focus on Absences, Employee Self Service (ESS), and Manager Self Service (MSS). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud applications and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining these modules to meet our organization's HR needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules focusing on Absences, ESS, and MSS.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize the use of Oracle HCM.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- System Customization: Customize and tailor Oracle HCM solutions to fit unique business needs while adhering to best practices.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the integrity and performance of the HCM system.
- Training and Support: Provide expert training and support to HR users and managers, ensuring effective utilization of ESS and MSS functionalities.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle HCM modules, working closely with technical teams as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and updates, recommending enhancements to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Absences, ESS, and MSS modules.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and customization. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing and delivering HCM projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
