Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for Oracle HCM Cloud? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take ownership of technical solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation, and Learning modules.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Collaborating with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Building and maintaining RICE components using tools like Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, HDL, and Payroll Interfaces.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support.
• Staying ahead with the latest Oracle Cloud tech and best practices.

🎯 What You’ll Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in HCM Cloud technical development.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
• Expertise in Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Payroll Interfaces.
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting.
• Familiarity with OIC and API integrations (REST & SOAP).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
