Summary
Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle, including:
Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design.
Documenting clients' as-isprocess flows and communicating best practices for the to-beoptimal state.
Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit.
Documenting and securing agreement on client configurations.
Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirm successful deployment.
Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks and proactively alerting project leadership as needed.
Providing implementation and technical support services.
Demonstrating outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Requirements:
Must have Core HR expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas: Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting.
Experience with OIC is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations as a technical developer.
Must have completed at least two full ERP or HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS project implementations.
Extensive knowledge of the underlying database structure for ERP/HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS.
Strong Oracle technical skills, with expertise in developing complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL.
Extensive experience working with BI Publisher reports, migration, and workflow components.
Prior experience with OIC is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay updated with industry trends.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model.
A strong team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and the ability to escalate when necessary.
Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment under pressure.
Flexibility in supporting new technologies.
Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
