Pay: $50-55/HR, Contract to Hire

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to immediately support ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives (Redwood, Enhancements, Break-Fix). This role is crucial for facilitating communication and coordination between HR business and technical teams to ensure successful system enhancements, efficient issue resolution, and accurate data analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive requirements, testing, and support across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Immediately support ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives (Redwood, Enhancements, Break-Fix).
• Elicit detailed business requirements from HR teams for system enhancements.
• Document functional requirements via Functional Design documents.
• Facilitate the development lifecycle by coordinating with onshore/offshore business and technical teams.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting system issues and resolving end-user tickets promptly.
• Apply strong data analysis to identify, diagnose, and resolve system and data integrity issues.
• Lead and execute all testing phases, including functional unit testing and UAT coordination with business teams.
• Collaborate with HR teams (primarily Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management) to understand needs.
• Partner with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout projects and support activities.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to drive System Enhancements: requirements gathering, functional design documentation, and coordination with business/technical teams (including offshore).
• Experience providing Production Support for Oracle HCM, including issue resolution.
• Strong Data Analysis skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Experience leading and executing all testing phases, including UAT coordination.
• Solid understanding of business processes within at least one of these Oracle HCM modules (priority order): Payroll (critical need), Benefits, Absence Management.
