Equitas Small Finance Bank is a new-age bank focused on driving financial inclusion through technology and innovation. We are seeking talented Oracle Fusion Technical Consultants to join our growing digital transformation team and support our enterprise application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, SCM, or HCM modules).
• Build and manage BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.
• Develop and maintain Integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST), FBDI, HDL.
• Customize and extend Fusion applications using PaaS where required.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform data migration, validation, and technical issue resolution during and post go-live.
• Work on bug fixing, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Development.
• Strong hands-on with BIP, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of Fusion APIs, Data Models, Security & Workflows.
• Good understanding of PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, and data mapping.
• Experience with Finance, HCM, or SCM Fusion modules is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Prior experience working with banks or financial institutions.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, PCS.
• Oracle Fusion certification(s).
