Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess the current technical status of all ERP & CX Oracle cloud modules activated within the AGF group; 
• Create and maintain documentation on Oracle Fusion configurations, processes and recommended best practices; 
• Customize Oracle Fusion applications according to business needs, such as module configuration, workflow definition and functionality tuning; 
• Monitor and control technical deliverables from the vendor integrator ;
• Evaluate the data model and identify any potential technological liabilities related to the data model chosen by AGF and the integrator; 
• Liaise with the technical system administrator to define responsibilities, between the support team and the project team; 
• Lead the technical implementation of new entities on Oracle Cloud ERP; 
• Customize Oracle Fusion applications according to business needs, such as module configuration, workflow definition and functionality tuning; 
• Any other related tasks.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience as an ERP functional analyst; .
• Excellent knowledge of industry best practices and how they are applied to the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or EBS platform; 
• Expertise in the financial modules (AR, AP, GL, CM, Procurement) and CX sales; 
• In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and its underlying technology stack linked to Oracle components (Portal, Single Sign-on, OIC, etc.); 
• Strong experience in ERP design and architecture best practices; 
• Oracle solution architecture in at least two Oracle implementation programs across the Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.);

• Excellent level of spoken English, as this position requires working collaboratively with stakeholders across Canada.
