Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Financials and a proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3 - 4 end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud Finance modules, working closely with business stakeholders, and providing functional support throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Skill and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expense Management, Financial Reporting (OTBI / Smart View / FRS)
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, understand business processes, and map them to Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, recommend best practices, and provide strategic solutions.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications, including chart of accounts, approval workflows, tax setups, and reporting structures.
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide end-user training.
  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and custom reports development.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and implement relevant enhancements.
  • Document business processes, solution designs, and functional configurations.


Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP with at least 3-4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
  • In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting, Reporting, Multi-Currency, and Taxation.
  • Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Ability to design approval workflows, intercompany transactions, and consolidation processes.
  • Experience working with multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-ledger environments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security (Roles & Privileges).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification is a plus.
