We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. This role requires hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL.
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain functional design documents.
Utilize HDL, FBDI, and ADFDI for data migration and integration.
Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards.
Utilize Fast Formulas for complex calculations and business rules.
Design and implement BPM workflows.
Configure ORC.
Provide functional support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion HCM issues.
Work with Helpdesk tools and processes.
Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Experience with Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL is highly desirable.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management (Must Have).
Experience with Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL.
Proficiency in BPM, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, ADFDI, Fast Formulas, SQL, and ORC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Helpdesk systems.
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
