Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. This role requires hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents.
  • Utilize HDL, FBDI, and ADFDI for data migration and integration.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize Fast Formulas for complex calculations and business rules.
  • Design and implement BPM workflows.
  • Configure ORC.
  • Provide functional support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion HCM issues.
  • Work with Helpdesk tools and processes.
  • Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
  • Experience with Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL is highly desirable.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management (Must Have).
  • Experience with Talent Management (PMS), Learning Management, Compensation, and OTL.
  • Proficiency in BPM, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, ADFDI, Fast Formulas, SQL, and ORC.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Helpdesk systems.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
